Purchased 2 Amika hair products (was abit cheaper than the major retailers, so that’s a plus also). Had an issue with the returning one of the items, the team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue for me. Would recommend and will be purchasing from them again.

I’ve had an amazing experience shopping with Our Concept Beauty. I had an issue with delivery due to Royal Mail leaving my parcel in an unsafe place and I got a quick response to my email from Luke, who offered a replacement or refund. I wanted a replacement, so he sent it out on next day delivery and signed for to make sure that I would get my items this time. I even got a free sample and body scrub! I’m really pleased with the customer service I’ve received, thank you!!

"Item not delivered "
I ordered a bottle of Acqua di Parma Leather eau de parfum on 6th February costing £148 (after new customer discount was applied) and received confirmation of order. After waiting 2 weeks with no update or delivery, I used the contact us link on their website 3 times to ask for a delivery update. I didn't receive replies. I emailed them directly twice. No replies received. I phoned the number on their website twice and got the message that the number was not available and to check the number was correct. I had to resort to making a Section 75 claim to my credit card provider after waiting 28 days and not receiving the item.
Thankfully my claim was upheld by my card provider and £148 was credited to my credit card account. I don't know what's happened to Our Concept Beauty, given the previous glowing reviews but can only say please don't take the risk. Buy elsewhere.
Update 25th March. Our Beauty Concept reached out to me by email after I left my review, asking what they could do to rectify things. I replied to the email and received no response. I replied twice more with no response from them. Its sort of added insult to injury. I wish I could have updated my review with a positive. I'm glad I was able to get a refund from my credit card provider as I don't think I would have from Our Concept Beauty given their non existent communication.
Update 3rd April
Our Concept Beauty have gone out of their way to make up for my negative experience. They gave me credit to spend, the value of which was more than the amount I had originally tried to spend. I ordered items which were delivered quickly and to my surprise they had added additional items. They have redeemed themselves. I've changed the star rating to reflect this.

"Really fast and helpful customer service"
I had an issue with delivery of a product; I emailed Our Concept Beauty and Luke replied shortly after advising that a replacement product had been dispatched first class and it arrived the day after. It was resolved quickly and easily and the company has earned my trust so I'll be likely to order from them again!

"No parcel and No refund!"
First of all I never received my parcel, I was then given the option to either have a refund or reshipment I chose to have a refund because I'd spent over £100 and wasn't going to take any chances. I was told it would take 3-5 days, well by day 5 still nothing then on day 5 I received an email from PayPal telling me my refund had failed, I contacted Our Concept Beauty asking why it had failed and when I would be getting my money back but they haven't answered me.

Great company. Products much cheaper than the Eve Lom website. Also I received my order yesterday and the mask they sent was the wrong one. I thought this was going to be problematic to get resolved but within minutes of me emailing them, Luke responded and said he would send the correct one out straight away and it arrived this morning! They also let me keep the one they sent in error.

There was a problem with my original order, I was unable to track it on the tracking link, and it never arrived. I emailed the company and a replacement item was immediately dispatched.Well satisfied.
The item was as described and well packaged.
