Every part of it, starting with customer Service they make you feel welcome! they were very helpful in every way, I was so nervous at first, not knowing were to star but once I picked up the phone and talk to them it was a blessing, programs seems easy enough, I am still studying at the moment, and testing best part I don't feel to overwhelm.

I contacted the virtual assistant for a Multi Accounts I was not aware of. I started a new subscription when one of the accounts was already set. The virtual assistant informed me that there was a ticket going to be submitted and I will be contacted. The representative that assisted just reach out to me and let me know account was settled as asked.

I'm so glad I chose to take the GED course through E.E. However, I do want to share some pro's and improvements that could be made.
For starters, the price monthly was affordable. The course was definitely well explanatory. The accuracy of the practice test and the actual GED tests is very similar. Overall, well worth investing my time into.
As for the improvements, they never answer the phone. However, they reply through email, sometimes that just don't cut it. There was a time my essay was graded terribly after I submitted an email about the technical issues I had during the test. However, I moved on.
Another improvement, I guess would be for the student. If you're not grasping a lesson even after you repeated it over and over, sometimes branching out on YouTube to find other resources can help. I found this option helpful regarding simplifying some math equations. It taught me easier ways to solve it than what was taught in the lesson. Another improvement would be for the student, sometimes they expect you to already know certain things, so again branching and educating yourself would help.

Overall, I would recommend the course to anyone. I wrote an in depth review because this is where I spent a lot of time after work. They do advertise in 6 weeks or less you can get your GED. If you don't have job, no major responsibilities, then yes that goal is definitely accomplishable. If you're like me, full time job, and have other commitments. Expect longer. It took about 12 weeks for me. But hey I got what I was looking for.
Its not hard, if you're expecting to get your GED than put in the time and efforts to get it.
