I ordered several products in August and I was told there would be a 10 day delay on defib pads. I kept calling up every 10 days to be told it would be another 10 days. Or I was told I would be contacted but no contact came. The pads themselves were shown as in stock when I ordered. very little communication and a long wait. I was never offered a refund which I would have taken to buy elsewhere.
