I ordered several products in August and I was told there would be a 10 day delay on defib pads. I kept calling up every 10 days to be told it would be another 10 days. Or I was told I would be contacted but no contact came. The pads themselves were shown as in stock when I ordered. very little communication and a long wait. I was never offered a refund which I would have taken to buy elsewhere.

I spoke to a lady at Reflex Medical to ask for advice about a product. I was given excellent, knowledgable help and placed my order. The following day I received my order - beautifully packaged and it even had some sweets for the patient! The product is excellent too!
