Inmiddels 5 werkdagen voorbij.
Contact formulier ingevuld geen reactie. Nu maar weer gedaan

"Terrible Service and no help"

The prices are good, that's a fact compared to prices in The Netherlands.
How ever the service is horrible!
Apparently Germans don't know how te deal with questions and complaints.

My package was send back and never delivered. I send 3 different emails in English asking if it would be possible to get the same order for the same price.

I got 3 times the same return reply made by Google translate. Not possible we are sorry.

No compassion, help or service.
Easy to order but if there is a problem you are on your own, and they really don't care as long as the got the money.

Terrible customer service. I purchased an item on 13.03, but they didn’t ship it for four days. When I requested a refund, they refused—even though the item still hadn’t been posted at that time. Now, 10 days later, I’m still waiting, and it was meant to be a birthday present.

If you're in Ireland, avoid this seller unless you're okay with waiting two weeks, as they ship from Germany. I’ve decided not to accept the delivery and will hopefully get my refund. Instead, I’ll just buy the item in-store today.

Bonjour. J’avais longuement hésité avant de commander sur ce site étant donné les très nombreux avis négatifs concernant les livraisons et le manque de communication avec la marque. Ça n’a pas loupé. Le colis est noté comme livré mais je ne l’ai pas réceptionné. Pour le coup ça m’embête d’avoir fait une commande aussi élevée. Le service client ne répond pas, et visiblement je ne suis pas la seule à qui cela soit arrivé. C’est bête d’en arriver là mais j’ai vu que vous faisiez avancer les choses avec des avis négatifs (qui reflètent la réalité).

Danke für die Lieferung. Ware ist in Ordnung - aber Versandkosten und dazu 1,99 Service Plus Paket - „Bei Paketverlust kümmern wir uns um die erneute Lieferung“ (ohne diesen Service kannst du nicht die Bestellung abschließen) finde ich garnicht in Ordnung.
