"Prescription not honored"

For some reason, the pharmacist did not honor my prescription from September 24. I had only purchased 4 bottles out of 12 allowed (the prescription was for one year). I had to bother my doctor and his nurse in order to get another prescription, dated April, which looked the same as the one given to me in September, but with a different date, in order to purchase the eye drops I needed. I hope the prescription I just sent in will be honored for a year.
