Okay, so here is my Billykirk story.. I ordered the mechanic belt for my husband and of course I ordered the wrong size.. I went to the website to exchange it and was not able to fill out the exchange form.. I was able to email someone at the company to inform him of this and he immediately sent me a return label and I told the gentleman what size I needed. I eventually received the new size and it fits perfectly and is a very nicely made belt. Definitely would buy from the company again.

Ordering and receiving the bag were effortless. Questions I had were answered promptly. The bag itself, however, was a bit problematic: while pretty, it was difficult to attach to the seat, smaller than I anticipated (can barely hold my wallet) and maybe overpriced. (Brooks’ leather saddlebag—of similar quality—is much cheaper.)
