Customer service was fantastic! I had a few problems with my order but they made it right and delivered a great gel blaster!

If you are on the fence, send them an email before you order, and ask which models they stock in their US warehouse, it still took a couple weeks to ship(mostly due to it being busy holiday season), but overall was way shorter than getting it shipped from overseas.

Let’s start off with the ordering and shipping. As soon as I ordered the gel blaster, it stated delivery was 3-5 days and exactly 5 days I got the gel blaster in the mail. The box it came with was a great touch for the product. No issues found at all. As soon as I got the battery charged, the gel blaster was a ton of fun. Looks and feels like the real thing. Electric blowback gives a great feel to the gel blaster. Been using it for CQB practices and shooting practice. The gel balls bought at Walmart or target do not work with this product, definitely have to use the 220+ FPS gel balls and it works really great. I am very satisfied with this product.
