What a service, plenty of communication, the carpet we wanted was made up specifically for us, it looks better than we expected, price was reasonable ( as it was custom made ) and everything went smoothly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Stonegate has a wide spectrum of quality carpets to choose from, we settled on an Ulster Carpet which was supplied and fitted at a very fair price. Good trustworthy and reliable company 👍👍

We took a long time to decide which carpet runners and underlay we wanted to buy, but staff at Stonegate Carpets never gave up on us, finding a number of ideas which might suit us. They were particularly patient when we changed our minds yet again, to return to their first suggestion. This process took a couple of months! This was all executed so helpfully online. The carpet quality is very good, just what we had hoped for.

Having previously used Stonegate back in 2013 to make a wonderful runner and fit carpets (all still looking beautiful btw) after completing building work a further runner and additional carpet were needed for our loft conversion. Stonegate once again excelled, matching the new runner to the existing (discontinued) carpets and providing exemplary service yet again. I needed two small rugs repairing round the edges - short edges badly frayed, long edges beginning to be. Richard and the team provided a swift and friendly service and did a perfect job for far less than I expected. I seem to have two new rugs instead of adding to landfill.
