I had purchased a voucher in order for me to complete a course. When I tried the voucher it didn't work. I contacted Coursegate via the live chat and spoke to a lovely gentleman named Matthew Archer. He was so helpful and sorted everything out for me (sent me the email with all of the details required). Matthew reassured me and said that if I had any other problems/queries that I could get back in touch with them.
