Kan det passe at I opkræver er gebyr, som I ikke oplyser om? Nu har jeg brugt jer 4 gange og først fjerde gang lægger jeg mærke til det, da regningen er på 75kr, men jeg betaler 77,50kr.

EDIT: Thanks to Horago for quickly reaching out, I have sent details about the issue and they are already looking into it. Apparently it is not a general issue, but the cause is still unclear. Leaving my original message below for transparency and upping my review a bit while waiting for the resolution.

The Horago app has always had annoying issues for years that have never been addressed (for example the impossibility to even create an account due to a ridiculous programming error which has been ignored for years) but since March 2024 the app has COMPLETELY CEASED WORKING FOR ALL ANDROID DEVICES AND NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. (This review is written in June, at least 3 months since the issue was first confirmed, and I am confirming weekly that it has not at any time worked since then). I have confirmed this with multiple Android users and tested using older versions of Android phones that have previously worked just fine.
The company continues to operate as if nothing is wrong and never once addresses these issues despite the fact that their entire service is now 100% useless for half of all users in every place that uses Horago. How in the world they are able to continue acting as a service is beyond me. Even more ridiculously, it seems like their app does get sporadic updates but none of them actually fixes the issue.

Pas på med at benytte Horago app'en.... Jeg var på Vivaldi på Axel Torv i går d. 14. november 2023 og lagde ud for selskabet på 3 personer ved, at benytte Horago app'en. Der blev bestilt:
Schweppes lemon 54,00 kr.
Orange Beauty Juice 79,00 kr.
Go Green Juice 79,00 kr.
Club sandwich 179,00 kr.
Vivaldi Veggie Burger 179,00 kr.
Spicy Veggie Burger 179,00 kr.
I alt 749,00 kr. (det er tilladt at bruge lommeregner for verifikation)
Jf. Horago bliver det samlede beløb dog 751,50 kr. Hvem har "ædt" de 2,50 kr.?!
Café Vivaldi var desværre ikke behjælpelige - de mener, at Horago har opkrævet et gebyr?! Efter lidt diskussion, var de dog villige til at sende en mail til Horago med billede af kvitteringen og et spørgsmål om, hvorfor der er forskel på regningsbeløbet og det korrekte beløb.

Fandt i dag ud af, at der er trukket kr. 477,70 på min konto, men købte kun for 432,00 ved besøg på Cafe Vivaldi i Odense.
Søger en forklaring på hvor de kr. 45,70 havner henne.
Det fremgår ikke af oplysningerne ved bordbestilling eller tydeligt ved betalingen, da man først får kvitteringen efter levering.
