"Even 1 star is too good for this…"

Even 1 star is too good for this company!! Don’t tell me this business doesn’t get bad reviews. Their aftercare service is shocking. Shed walls leak and as much as they attempted to resolve the issue they have voided the warranty without giving me a reason for doing so. I had some electrics installed by a fully qualified electrician. All above board and professional however that’s the only thing I have done and tgat was by paid workmen. The shed is still leaking. Kevin and Lee are who I have dealt with before you tell me this is not one of your sheds. This company do not have a good aftercare service. Not recommended!!

Helpful throughout from Donna in the office ensuring the measurements to fit the custom size narrow shed in beside the house were exact and delivery was prompt and the installation team efficient and friendly.
Would happily recommend and if/when I ever need a new shed would use them again, although from the build quality of this 1 I can see it outlasting the house.

The planning build and delivery was seamless. The Dutch Barn was delivered on time and on budget. The guys building the shed where extremely hard working and polite even though the weather was dreadful.

From my initial email Donna and team made sure that absolutely nothing was left to chance. Double checking size,door placement etc. It was delivered and erected in miserable weather and winds on time and efficiently by two friendly men after a very long drive.

"Dutch Barn"

We bought a Dutch Barn style shed, from Shed Direct.
The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. All the staff at every stage were helpful,efficient and friendly. Starting with Kevin who helped advise and processed the order - Donna who dealt with the administration and back up customer service and Lee who delivered and fitted the Shed. Impossible to fault any part of this service from initial inquiry to delivery and build. Helpful at every step of the way. Kevin and Donna were easy to work with and the whole thing was done very quickly. The shed itself is great quality and very robust. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly and gave useful advice on guttering and treatment. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish . I ordered two buildings . Great attention to detail re the drawings and making sure my requirements were clear. Design , build and painting happened very quick and then the guys who installed were excellent
