Purchased VPN from MICRO PC SERVICE . Download the app but VPN doesn't set up. Have contacted Norton regarding refund but got cut off and couldn't enter the code. Very complicated as everything now digitised so giving one star for failure of app and very poor customer service. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!

This is a scam company, i went hunting for different anti virus and security because I was unhappy with the 360 product expiring on 3 April 2023. I then found despite requesting NO automatic renewal they took the money out of my account on 27/02/2023, by my reckoning 35 days in advance. Will deter everyone I meet from using this company!

Scam company, terrible get a Norton VPN and its cyber security, worked for a few hours then started block access of every program to the internet, every time I connected to internet it shut it down.
