"Terrible experience with Aaddress.in - Unprofessional service and no refunds"

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Aaddress.in. In June 2024, I paid over Rs. 24,000 for their services. However, my current account was rejected due to the bank's policy of not issuing current accounts on virtual offices. Additionally, my GST verification was also rejected for the same reason.

I've attached the screenshot for the email I sent to them.

When I reached out to Aaddress.in for a refund, they bluntly denied my request. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, providing no resolution for the issues I faced. In my opinion, they are scammers who take your money without providing proper service or support.

I strongly advise against using Aaddress.in.

Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.

The best part of dealing with Aaddress turned out to be Tanu Gupta and Bhanu. These two ladies are the epitome of responsive, never ignoring or delaying.

It didn't work out for me, and when we concluded that it wouldn't be possible to proceed - they promptly returned the payment I had made!

I've decided to discontinue this service and have requested a full refund, which I expect to be processed promptly. The lack of professionalism and efficiency in handling my case is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable support.
