"Bad Service"

The product was good, but was displayed in cheap plastic, not what I was expecting from the picture and the service was terrible and they made me out to be stupid. I was buying this for my husband and I received an email questioning that it was being sent to myself and when I responded with yes because it is for my husband they replied with a "we know that". Then why are you asking me and questioning if it should really be sent to myself?! Clearly I live with him! Very unhappy.

I got it for my bestie birthday. He was beyond happy and said the bouquet was pretty. He enjoyed the cookies, and while placing my order I had questions so I needed to call the lady I spoke with was very nice and accommodating.
