I purchased a onesie and had my great niece's name embroidered on it. It came out beautiful. I had her first name and middle name put on the garment . The finished product is so well done and the quality is excellent. I give it 5 stars. I will order again when I need another gift personalized.

"Cute stuff but no customer service"

I love the stuff and it came on time and is super cute but the monograming on one item is useless (it doesn't remotely look like the letter it is supposed to be. I called and sent an email and heard from NO ONE. It is a present, so now I don't even know if they are willing to fix and when it would come (I assume from their silence that the answer is "no" that they won't be fixing it. Very disappointing because I was really excited about all of it otherwise.

"I am not impressed with the product."

I was not all that happy with the product I received. I bought the blue elephant lovie. First of all it didnt even look like an elephant. The fabric was nice and soft which of course was great. I think it looked cheap. I bought for to give as a gift and didnt end up giving it. So all in all I was disappointed.
