"Great Service, Care and Communication "

I recently purchased a new property in Manchester, and my cross border experience was highly positive and significantly eased by the real estate agents at Baron & Cabot.
Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to client satisfaction made the complex process of buying a property much smoother.
The agents (Tom Hepworth and Amy Simpkin) were always punctual, well-prepared, and professional in their interactions. They provided clear and detailed explanations of each step in the process.
Although a few delays in processing some of the paperwork by the developer, which caused minor inconveniences, the agents were proactive in resolving these issues every time they were identified. Truly a team, and always available on call.

Looking forward to more cross continent deal making with this team in the future.

"Thumbs up to James Walsh (Baron & Cabot)!"

My first interaction with Baron & Cabot was through James Walsh. My experience dealing with James has been greaaat! He pays attention and proffers the best solution to meet each need. James went over and beyond to assist in every aspect of the transaction.

It is without reserve that I recomend James Walsh as well as the organization to anyone looking to make the most optimal property purchase in the UK

"The issue started to be resolved "

Oct 28:

Although I had a disappointing experience with Baron & Cabot after deciding to cancel my reservation within the cooling-off period and requesting a refund, I have to say Rebecca responded and began working to resolve the issue for me... While I appreciate this effort to address the problem, I hope the lengthy, frustrating delay from other team members will be resolved..

I am still unhappy with the company's initial focus on rushing payments rather than addressing client's interests.. but we're working now to resolve this.. Steps have been taken to rectify the situation and I am hopeful that better timely communication will resolve the issue...

Nov 19: I'm updating my review to reflect the ongoing resolution. The company has taken concrete steps to address my refund request, and we are currently in the process of finalizing the return of my funds. While my earlier frustrations with their initial communication remain valid, I acknowledge their recent efforts to rectify the situation..

Key developments:
Dedicated team member was assigned who is very helpful (Rebecca Stwart) to resolve the issue
Active communication toward refund processing
Commitment to addressing my concerns
I remain optimistic that this will be resolved satisfactorily and appreciate the company's recent proactive approach, and will be happy to continue working with.

Dec 12: disappointing.. endless waiting and empty promises from Rebecca ending by leaving without solving anything, unfortunately. I would not recommend that anyone deal with this agent.

January 22:

Ms. Tinicia's input was a game changer - I already got 1250 (partial refund) and I am waiting for the remaining 750 in compliance with the 14 days cooling off period for distance purchase consumers.

"From cold call to investment"

My husband received a cold call in March 2024 on opportunities for property investments in the UK. We were introduced to Tom Hepsworth to assist and guide us. During the first meeting, I was skeptical and unsure, but Tom's proffessionalism was top notch. His depth of knowledge in the processes, patience in answering all our questions and commitment to closure is remarkable. We exchanged contracts few months later and i believe that this is just the first of many transactions. Thanks to Tom and team for doing a good job.
