Parfait. Nous avons loué une voiture depuis la France pour 2 semaines en août 2023. Super communication par mail et téléphone avec Véronique. A l'arrivée, la voiture nous attendait comme prévu (Kia Ceed break). Pas de caution, pas d'empreinte CB, pas de tour d'état du véhicule, tout marche à la confiance. Assurance tout inclus y compris 2nd conducteur. Voiture récente en très bonne état. Au retour, ils vérifient juste que le niveau de carburant est bien similaire à celui du départ et c'est tout. Nikos au comptoir est adorable. Pas de mauvaise surprise, tarif tout à fait correct et surtout pas de surcoût caché , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je vous recommande fortement autoway. Quand nous reviendrons, nous passerons à nouveaux par eux.

De la location en ligne avec un échange francophone, a la prise du véhicule à rethimnon. Accueil souriant et très professionnel, voiture propre, assurance comprise.. aucune surprise sur le tarif.. lors de la restitution tout était parfait. Je recommande cette agence sur le bord de mer ..

"No fuss and easy going rental company with good prices"

Autoway.gr doesn’t have an online booking module on their website so you have to request a quote through mail. A bit odd these days but response was quick.
We requested a family car for 6 people and got a clean, low mileage VW Caddy for a reasonable price including all insurances. No pushing for extra’s from their part when collecting the car. Very easy going.
We missed the contact person at Chania airport but that was quickly resolved after a call to the office.
Returning the car was very easy. Also there no fuss.
I definitely would recommend Autoway.gr for your car rental needs in Crete!

The experience was flawless. Very fast reaction. Amazing cutomer service. They were flexible on several occasions. Full insurance (nothing excluded). Great prices. They even had a parking lot near my hotel.
We rented twice during our stay. Small remarks: one car didn't have parking assistant, and the convertible lacked the wind cutter (which may make the car unuseable in some situations). But we rented for 1/2 or even 1/3 of the competition or the big brands! The cars may be basic models, but they are new, and they have security features like lane departure assistant, collision assistant, and automatic braking! Don't look elsewhere, here it's where the value is. I hope they don't change!
