Having researched local providers of the ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring, I decided on Synergia because they appeared to be the most professional, experienced and the reviews of the team and course were impressive.
My expectations were high, and I wasn't let down! From the moment I signed up to the course I could see I was not going be disappointed. Each member of the team has gone above and beyond to ensure my learning journey has been smooth, designed for my needs whilst also addressing the needs of others in the cohort. The practical experience gained during the course has been invaluable and has enabled me to become a more confident coach. The support I have received, not only during the face to face sessions, but also when I am back in the workplace has been of huge benefit to me.
