"Very friendly and helpful staff"

It was a great experience dealing with Siannan Lukina she was very helpful. She ordered a card for me about a month ago and called me again today to check if ive got it or need anything else.we need more people like her to make everything nice and easy.

"Great assistance when you need it"

I had logged onto the website and I was not sure what to do. Daniel Foy from DCI gave me a call, as he recognised I had not completed the actions. He brought me through the steps, in a very professional and courteous manner. I really appreciate his help. It is not often these days, you get such a high standard from personnel. Thanks again Dan and well done to DCI

"Very good savings on Diesel"

I got myself one of the dci commercial cards recently. The savings offered were much higher compared to another one I had which I could use in selected fuel stations only unlike dci which I could use at any station listed.

Then i stumbeled across Ceara Parkes wow, and she is my go to everytime. she has exceptional customer service skills and so polite on the phone and gives me 100%. "Do not take a card of these ppl"

My original dealing with DCI was for a tracker for my Motorhome which I was told was £10 p/m including free instal. Instal was as agreed “free” i then got a call asking did I want a diesel card and if I did I would get 2p per litre cheaper than the price at the pump on the day I fill up. Ok I thought. So then my first invoice came for the tracker and it’s £12? So turns out it’s £10 plus vat p/m!! I am also now in a contract for 2 years and cannot cancel it or I will be charged a fee? Ok I thought it’s only £2. So I go to the petrol garage price at the pump is £1.56 p/l I put £30 into the car. Invoice come in at £33.50?? I call and am told oh you’re on the wrong tariff. We will change that next month as our system does not allow us to change it until then. They said we will refund any over charge. So next month and I am still getting over charged. Called them again and am told oh sorry we didn’t change your tariff but we will definitely do it next month? They then cancel my Direct debit so I get an email saying I have missed a payment. So I call them and am told oh we’re sorry we will reinstate your DD now. Which they didn’t and I then get an email saying they are going to hand my account over to a collection agency if I don’t pay them asap. So I call again and am told yeah that’s it all setup again. Guess what it wasn’t and I get another threading email. I have today sent them another email advising of my bank details. Let’s see how this goes??!!

"Received my new DCI card in post few…"

Received my new DCI card in post few days ago . I was struggling to get it up and going . Rang the number today that was with the card , got talking to Megan mc Donagh who was very professional and helpful , helped me step by step to get my card up and going . Hold on to Megan DCI , from my experience the last while , staff like her are hard to find .
