On arrival for second visit as shop closed first time, shop assistant was wearing face mask wrong way round, I informed them of this as I work in the hospital, their reply was a bit argumentative saying didn’t think it mattered, just felt service was bit rude

I was needing to order my daughters school uniform for when she starts in September and because of the current pandemic we needed to order online it was very easy to use and you would receive an email to say its ready for collection in store, the uniform was too small so I emailed them straight away and they were more then happy to exchange for a bigger size they were so helpful and understanding have been going to Daws for 11yrs and I'm very happy with the service we have always received.
