"Product not suitably sealed and appeared partially used "

I was part of a G-Adventures trip on 14th March and bought 3 jars of Hoa Nhan in a box. Back at my hotel I noticed that only one was sealed and that they did not appear to be full of the nourishing cream they contained. These are supposed to be kept in the fridge after opening! It is over a week before we return to the UK Very disappointing!

Had a lovely tour around the village, with the chance to walk around and see the local houses and farm land before stopping for a drink and to sample some of the local fruit, whilst listening to local musicians and singers. Then travelled by small boat up part of the Mekong River and stopped at a local manufacturers where you could see the production of local sweets (coconut candy) with the opportunity to purchase if wanted.
