This is the biggest scam for students ever. My friends pay less electricity and water bills, like 30 or 40 pounds per week, without Unihomes. They charge 112.98 per person per week, and there are 4 people in the house.So, they are approximately getting 400 pounds per house. In reality, those bills would be 100 pounds less. Students easily fall into this kind of trap. Do your research!

Uni homes were really great in helping us find our second year accommodation. As a student, it is hard to estimate how much bills will be and incorporate this into budgets. This is why uni homes is so much easier as it is a fixed price with no hidden costs. Would definitely use the website in the future!

As for UniHomes as a whole, my experience has been mostly positive. Their all-inclusive billing system is convenient, and having utilities bundled into rent simplifies things a lot. However, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to transparency in pricing—especially for internet and additional services. It would be great to have clearer breakdowns upfront to avoid unexpected adjustments later.
That said, Louisa’s exceptional support truly elevated my experience, and I really appreciate the effort she put into helping us out. If every customer service rep was like her, UniHomes would be unbeatable!
