Most of the reviews are for the mail order service, but I live locally and buy everything from their shop.
It is quite small, but well laid out. Parking is limited.

I like to look at my brushes before purchasing as I cannot image the size from the given measurements.

The staff have always been more than happy to bring out several brushes for me to look at.

They are both friendly and knowledgeable, taking an interest in my current project.

Bought a large tube of Ivory Black 200ml on the Sunday evening. Arrived the following Saturday due to having to be re-routed by Royal mail who sent their apologies - wasn't in a hurry for paint tube so happy with the polite and prompt service from Ken Bromley art supplies! I would use them again as they have premium products at a discount! Saving up for some series 5 paints!!!!
