Didn’t actually receive vape liquid and ordered over a month ago. Tried emailing but didn’t hear back. Normally really quick with orders so not sure what’s happened

I've been buying from them for 3+ years probably, but made an order for £75 and not had anything back from them.
It's a real shame, I've loved their products and service for so long and it's going to be a real struggle to find something to replace them.

Used these for a while was brilliant service. Now my last 2 orders didn’t turn up. The first one I got a month later after loads of emails. The second order nothing, they haven’t replied to my emails and still no liquids.
I just love giving company’s £45 for nothing

I have been using this company for 2 years now, always had a great service and have never had a problem until now.
I ordered £45 worth of liquid a month ago that hasn’t been received. I did manage to contact them and said they would resend but nothing has been received still.
Consequently I’ve had to buy liquid from a local shop that I couldn’t use with my tank and coils, had to replace them costing me even more money!
I don’t really want a refund, I just want the liquid I paid for as I only use a certain flavour and I really like the one I buy from blend and vape. I would continue to buy from them if they can sort this problem out.

Order placed on 24th April and chased ma ny times but no reply. Reordered today (16th May) so awaiting reply. Always had great service until now

Still waiting for the order from over a week ago and then got this review request. I've emailed and not heard back. Every time I've ordered I've had to chase to find out where it is. This is my first time ordering for a while because of these issues and it seems the issues aren't fixed.
Edit: I should add, I did eventually receive the products I ordered. One of them was out of stock so they replaced it with something else. And still sent the out of stock one once they had it back in.
