The process for creating a tenancy is simple and takes into consideration all aspects required, with the online referencing platform, MyRentalCV, being a very efficient way of going analysing details of prospective tenants. I have received good feedback from tenants saying it is easy to use. The River platform has allowed us to reduce time spent on the process, including referencing, which has significantly reduced our cost as well.
