"Replacement keys ...........................nightmare?"

I wasn't too sure if I was able to obtain replacement filing cabinet keys, looking on any website was daunting with all the different options of keys. I went onto CS Storage website and whilst searching a chat box popped up. I was delighted to be able to explain what I was looking for and that they were able to understand my requirements! they provided me with the link/details to order the correct item. Order placed, before finalised I was contacted by email to clarify something, not being sure, I took a picture of the lock and hay presto, my replacement keys are on the way.
