Delivery was super quick, but the product didn't look like the images displayed online; the Velcro didn't have a side track on on which to stitch so it was useless to me. There was a photo on the product page which did show a side track but there was no indication as to what width this was. I emailed to request a return/refund but there was a delay in response which left me worried so after receiving an email from the company asking for me to leave a Trust Pilot review, I left a 4-star review.

After a few emails, I arranged to return the item for a refund (which was at my own cost), but the refund has still not been received. The only emails I have had from the seller are ones telling me to remove this review and leave Trust Pilot in order to receive the refund.

So the seller now has both the product and my money. For this reason, and the awful experience this has been for me, I have changed my review to a 1 star.

Having ordered only a few days before Christmas, I was quite prepared for a.delivery delay. It was therefore very pleasing when the order turned up, exactly as specified and on time.
