I file for 2290 and payd for tax and service fee, and did not recive my stampt return. After my call to customer srvice thay inform me that IRS is down and they don't gonna be able to get me my return. Before I file I didn't see anywhere on their website or any kind of information the IRS is down every year beginning of January. I am sure I don't wanna use this service in the future.
