Andrew arrived on time, with a professional and friendly manner. He explained the processes fully before the job got underway. Andrew was very professional and friendly. I have a very busy household including a dog and a cat and was concerned that he would not be able to get my carpets looking and smelling great as I have used my Vax previously, which has been good but not great! The results are phenomenal, I am so impressed and he is now booked in to do many of my friends homes. Great job!
