I have bought a variety of items from food, toys and travel cages and have been very happy with all my purchases! Easy ordering system, fast delivery and items were well packed. I haven't had to return any items as yet so cannot comment on returns.

"Fantastic Quick service"

I bought a Parrot play stand which was delivered quickly. I loved it, however my parrot didn't and he was terrified of it.
I gave it a week or so and tried everything to get him used to it but nothing worked.
In the end I admitted defeat and contacted the company to tell them that my Parrot was simply scared of it. It was no problem for them, they understood that Parrots are quite complex creatures!
There was no arguments just friendly advice on how to return the item. I spoke with Dan Riley throughout the process, he was excellent and a credit to the company.
I will definitely order from them again without hesitation.

Our parakeet chewed through toy rope in just two days. It appeared to be a one-off poor manufacture job. Parrot Essentials exchanged without a problem and the alternative toy is a much more robust item. Parakeet is now happy and so are we.
