I wrote:
Yesterday we had an unpleasant experience when we returned the car, and it turned out that we had made more than 1,100 kilometers a day.
The other meter in the car showed much less than 800 kilometers.
We know we did not leave Amsterdam except for one day when we went to Sprookjes park near HORN which is 60 km in each direction.
After a lot of unnecessary and unpleasant talk, your representative gave up the difference that we never thought was. You can also see all our trips on GPS. we didnt move without it.
I would like you to check (i.e. the photo of the pannel, that you have) what hapened to avoid such misunderstanding for futur time

"Gave us a smaller car than reserved"
They gave us a car that was smaller than we had reserved, and it was totally inadequate. They would not give us a larger car without paying a high extra charge. We had to go back to the airport the next day and change cars.

pick up from airport was delayed, and to wait 2 hours. car was not clean, and not what I had booked. staff very rude and not nice, he didn't change or upgrade the car even i was happy to pay extra. they took us to office and paperwork took another 2 hours. very unhelpful staff. worse experience.

We were charged 300 Euros for a tiny scratch that was there before and when we pointed this out, the guy said it doesn't matter.
When we brought the car back, another went straight to this same area and said it wasn't there before.

Concept goed idee. Uitleg neemt alleen wat tijd inbeslag bij ophalen auto.
Een parkeerschijf ontbrak in de auto en leverde me een boete van €90 op. En dan nog €30 administratiekosten.

Worse service ever they try to charge me money for scratch which I didn't make it . But luckily I made video when I rent a car .so I showed them proof.
