Most friendly approach following an initial email enquiry. I used the mailing service and was delighted that I received a telephone call from George to confirm the safe arrival of my two Video 8 tapes for conversion to MP4. I posted the tapes 1st Class on Monday and received them by return on Saturday morning! I elected for flash drive return of the MP4 files and the quality of the files, originally 1991 camcorder videos, exceeded my expectations. Five star grading is most valid for the total service which I cannot fault in terms of efficiency, response time and reasonable cost. Most strongly recommend.

Contacted George to explain that I had 3 VCR tapes of great sentimental value to convert to DVD. That started a dialogue that continued throughout the process, from despatch to return. During the process George was able to convert the most valued video from black and white to colour. The end result was 6 dvds ( I was able to give a set to a friend who also had a sentimental value in them) and all 3 on a usb flashdrive, all of excellent quality and delivered at a very reasonable cost.The whole experience was a benchmark of how good customer service should be delivered. Many thanks, George.......I only wish I had more tapes to convert !

Highly recommended. Supplied George with a 30+ year old VHS cassette requesting conversion to a USB memory stick. Turnaround service time was very quick (5 days). Conversion quality was excellent. George provided a very quick and efficient service liaising really well via email and phone. We have several other historic family cassettes requiring conversion. Will certainly use George for this.
