The new doors are great and the team that fitted them worked hard. All done in a day except the weather strips which were fitted later. There were delays in getting the new doors from the supplier outside of WYGD control.
Overall experience positive.

"Needed new garage door and roof to…"

Needed new garage door and roof to replace old asbestos roof. Helpful, friendly visit beforehand to discuss options. Date booked in and carried out on time despite freezing weather. Arranged another company to remove asbestos, then fitted new roof and door, all on the same day.

"Called out to an electric door stuck…"

Called out to an electric door stuck closed. Came promptly, communication from the repairman was excellent, showed me how to get into the garage when power is off which was the issue checked and tested it was working correctly which it was. They only charged a small call out fee.
Overall very helpful and reasonable would recommend.

The garage fitters left screws and nails on the drive. Their staff repeatedly fail to answer calls or respond to emails. When we requested speaking to the owner, we were promised a call back yet they decided to report an unpaid payment (that we have a receipt to say we have actually paid) to HM Courts instead of actually speaking to us about the poor installation of the garage. We are now left with a damaged garage - a piece dropped off onto my car and the owner appears to be refusing speak to us about it. This experience seems similar to others on here. Today, we (again) were promised a call back from the owner, yet it is now 7pm …

Great, impressive service from start to finish, after initial enquiry a visit was arranged which took place on the day and at the time given, door accurately measured and options and style of door discussed, price given with no pressure to 'sign up' immediately.
Once order placed good communication with head office door fitted on day and at time given, old door very cleanly removed and new one fitted, we are very pleased with the finish of the door and also the standard of work, any rubbish cleaned up, advice on operation and maintenance given, Cannot fault the company, product or fitters - excellent

Great friendly customer service from the start. Lynn who managed my order was really friendly and informative. Tony came to quote and then did the fitting along with a colleague. We had a new garage door fitted and replacement fascia’s. The fascia’s were difficult to fit due to how the existing ones had been done. Tony went above and beyond to ensure that he got the best result. Thank you.
