I had an excellent experience when I found my laptop was about to crash... I was attended through a very easy and in the end a rewarding ending. I received very good service from Nicky who was most helpful in assisting me with my problems accessing my favorite Asian dramas on the internet. She was most patient and allowed me to ask many questions that I was concerned about. I was most appreciative of this service without having to take my computer physically to a repair source and wait for a service person to come to my home at great expense.
I feel very confident telling others to use this resource. What I recommend improving is that the people speak for slowly and clearly because I do encounter difficulty in understanding the directions and explanations given to me--I realize the speakers have an accent and I have learned that speaking slowly and clearly really helps especially when the phone connection signal is compromised. Nicky and others are doing a very good service for people like me.
