I turned my Mac on and the screen was black with a blue flash across it. I contacted Nick who ran a diagnostic check on it which told him the screen was dead + the hard drive was performing badly (2013 mac). After 3 working days i had it back, with a new screen, new SSD hard drive and it is so fast, I am so happy and would definitely recommend...

Really happy with how efficient the service and communication with Nicholas was; I enquired about fixing water damage to my MacBook Pro, having not used it in two years after being quoted hundreds by Apple for fixing it. Was able to bring it in the next day, and the following day it was fixed (turns out a good clean did the trick) and ready for collection. Excellent value for money and will definitely use again in future for any Apple-related issues.
