"New adjustable bed mattress"

I ordered a new MiBed Zara mattress with some trepidation as it was over £500 and I had not seen or sat on it. It arrived within the time frame quoted and was delivered by two kind and helpful chaps who took it upstairs for me.

At first I wasn't sure it would suit me but after six nights I am now sleeping 'like a top'. It is a quality item and I have nothing but praise for Land of Beds and Furmanac . The interest free option was also a big help. Thank you.

"Appalling product awfulcustomer service"

I am disgusted and infuriated with Furmanac and Bensons for Beds. The worst customer service I have EVER encountered. My 73 year old mother undergoing Chemotherapy bought an electric bed it was delivered and assembled by 2 delivery men who had NEVER put one of these beds together. After about 10 days the lever which pushes the bed up bent while my mother was lying in it. First someone from home serve turned up without a part then a few days later someone else turned up and fixed it. Merely, approximately 8-10 days later the lever broke AGAIN! I wanted a refund due to the levers not being able to take the weight of the bed. However my mother was told it was due to misuse and she couldn't have a refund!!! It is not misuse!!!!. All she's done is sleep, read and knit in it.
She had the bed for ONLY thirty two days and it collapsed under her TWO TIMES. That's what you get for £1300. Disgusting.

"Adjustable Bed Installations"

Wanted 2 adjustable beds. Tied various online sellers, but only 1 seemed to want to deliver to Kent. Cyberbeds arranged everything regarding delivery/installation etc. Received call from delivery co, confirming date of delivery. Received further calls advising approximate time of eta and again informing eta within 30 minutes by installers. Beds installed without mess and all packaging removed. Operations explained fully prior to departure. Installers polite and presentable. Would definitely recommend to anyone asking for advice.

"Poor service"

My mother ordered a bed through dreams , eventually she got a delivery date which turned out to be a Saturday, before the delivery guys turned up we removed her bed the only one in the property, the guys turned up with the bed unpacked it to fixed it together at this point it turned out to be broken in more than one place , so the delivery guys took the bed back leaving my near 80 year old mother with no bed to sleep in , after speaking to dreams their customer service etc nothing could actually be done till at least Monday , so the saga went on for over a week before my mother got a bed to sleep in , eventually the situation was half sorted where she was lent a bed until a new one was made , her bed was delivered and put together by your delivery guys when checked the screws were too long for the headboard which went though the material bad design , I would not recommend this company to anyone after leaving my mother with out a bed for so long

"Amazing Adjustable Bed"

I purchased a bed from Betterlife healthcare for next day delivery. I couldn't believe when it arrived the next day. I was missing an instruction leaflet and I called the number on the delivery paperwork Furmanac who turns out to be the manufacturer. The gentlemen in the office explained everything is custom built and made in the U.K. I got my leaflet the next day, the bed is great.

"The best sleep I have had in years!"

In recent years my back has been causing me a great deal of discomfort when trying to sleep and so though it might be time to invest in an adjustable bed. After some research I chose to invest in MiBed Deluxe and it has honestly given me the best sleep I have had in years! The easy to use remote lets me change positions with ease whenever my back starts to hurt. Then as an added bonus the Deluxe was delivered in 4 parts so it got in to my small bungalow without any hassle at all!
