Thank you to Sara and Chloe for their help and support. We were guided through the auction process with great professionalism, compassion and warmth, despite my many questions and calls! As it happened, we didn’t get to auction as we accepted a pre auction offer, with Sara’s help and the sale completed in 12 days.

"Not professional"

Not professional. As we had a sale agreed, they ask for a lot of documentations which I provided them. But they haven’t told me that it is in chain. When they told me, at that time, He said the vendor is happy to break the chain, then another person enters who was in charge of the case and said she is not going to break the chain. I even have the valuation done. Loss a lot of money and time. They don’t have serious sellers.

I dealt with Sara, she was very helpful and kept me updated with the progress on selling the house. I would use Loveitts again if i was going sell a property through auction.

It’s so nice to see some genuine good customer service, having previously been with Connells (who were useless btw!) it’s nice to see Loveitts are completely different thanks to people like Jade.
