The lounge had inadequate toilet facilities.
The talks were somewhat ruined by rude people who seemed to have come more for the free bar than the sport, chattering over the top...
The room isn't a great shape for this sort of thing being long and thin.
At half time by the time we'd got back to lounge it was basically time to go back to our seats for second half..
Table service staff were very good

Excellent hospitality with efficient and friendly service. I am coeliac and was delighted to get lovely gluten free food including two gf pies at half time.
The only reason I haven’t given 5 ⭐️s is that the match seats could have been in a better location. All in all a great day and great hospitality.

Not as great as Twickenham, very over crowded so you found other guests continaully coming around the back of your chair even though we were sat against wall. Uplifhter boxes total trip hazard. Wine the worst quality red and white on table totally unsinkable.
My lamb needed a chainsaw but was swooped over for chicken so pleased with that. You also did say there would be a gift for my other half on the table that didn’t happen ? Just hope F1 Monaco is better

Quality of experience from the welcome we received, food and drink, compere and speakers and not to mention our waitress for the day 'Catherine', she was polite, attentive and did all she could to make sure we were very well looked after.
