"Harsh and Rude Driver"

All was good in the beginning, ambience, hygiene, the driver was very nicely dressed, very cooperative, picked me from my place to reach the starting point, There are certain things to bring to ur notice, Driver was asking perks from the moment he met, one of the weird thing was, he was behaving very Harsh in front of the guest, just because i asked to drop him directly to the destination which he did in a span of 20mins, whereas my booking was for an hour, i told him to take some round n come back to end point sharp at end time, he got upset and started cribbing in front of everyone, i cld the booking agent in the middle of the tour to ask him to be calm at least in front of everyone, even upon requesting he was continuously talking in anger, my booking agent informed supplier, post which he got a call frm his office upon which he suddenly started showing more anger n started talking angrily with me, i had to join my hands to beg him to pls smile n be calm down, still he was continuously talking n asking y u cld office, i requested that i will call office n explain, pls drop us to our destination, still he was going on n on, that i got negative mark because of u, Myself n my Boss's wife had organized it for my Boss's Birthday, there were 16 spl guests from various parts of the world, but this one thing left a very bad mark with this event. The booking agent is a beautiful soul, i spoke n shared my experience, n asked to pls train the driver, no need to terminate, just a counseling may help to deal with his agressive behavior with the Guest

It was amazing trip organized by Global holidays. Starting from Hotel booking, hotel stay, Quality of hotel, Neat vehicle, on time arrival of vehicles, Friendly drivers, everything was neatly organized. We could see all locations on time. Last but not the least what can I say about Suma, she is such an amazing person. Listens to all our needs and gives the best possible arrangements. So much thankful to her for making this trip so memorable🥰

She suggested a lot of good places that we had not considered and also helped us save a lot of time by adjusting our travel plans.

"Trip well organized"

The support provided whenever it was required during the complete tour period by Ms. Suma was very good. I had gone to Dubai and Abu Dhabi with my family for a period of 6 days. My mother who is 80 years old had accompanied us and I requested Suma for a wheel chair and she arranged it promptly for hire. She also provided sufficient choices in the form of transportation, sight seeing etc. She was forthcoming with suggestions and did not avoid any questions or clarifications sought. Our trip was pleasent experience, Thanks to Suma of Global Holidayz.
