The app is fantastic! I am sending our youtube feed to instagram so we get a full screen. It has changed everything for our live streaming where we were using a phone pointed at a computer before! Customer service has been difficult. Often taking many days before I would get a reply. Then assumptions that I understood technical terms. There is no one you can talk to by phone.

Instafeed.me is a LIFESAVER, as well as a constantly improving service that has been absolutely wonderful and has also become crucial to our operations. We had an issue with one of our streams and they compensated me accordingly, to boot.
There is honestly nothing in the ballpark that remotely compares to the kind of service they offer (the ability to stream to Instagram from your own Desktop OBS, so easily), as well as bonus features, like being able to post the livestream to your Instagram profile, post stream, with the ability to add the thumbnail and title/captions.
