What caught my eye with Tahoe Mountain Sports, is there clean and accurate and up to date website. It grabbed the trust I needed to place an order. I placed an order over the weekend, and in two business days my package was here. The handling time was kept to a minimum, and the order was processed fast. There was a mix up and the wrong item was sent, so I jumped on there live chat, and there was someone there to help me. We told them about the mix up, and they siad no problem, we'll send your correct item to you asap and prepaid posted to send the wrong item back. The correct item came UPS faster that I had a chance to print and send back the other item! Wow! who does that! I'll be shopping here again with the top notch service these guys have. Amazing you guys! Nicely done.
