The room was a dream!!!! The Jacuzzi in the bathroom was the thing that I loved more! The experience was frustrating the first days after the booking cancellation no answering my calls just some cold emails regarding the covid 19 situation. They refunded me minus some admin fees after a month in the end all good so not a 5 star review cause the lack of communication!!!

I booked with btours twice. The first time was excellent!! the second time back in February just before COVID-19. Our holiday to Greece on 12th July was cancelled. I got my refund mid-August. Good service no complaints. Btours company was very helpful in general. I can't wait till to book my next holidays with them 🙂
