Took too long to confirm the booking. Waiting for 3 hours and now i even cant cancel the booking.


Edit : got a fake confirmation email after 4.5 hours
I have been given wrong booking numbers. Called Air Asia Sri Lankan branch, just to know that they are invalid.

After 7 hours straight try, I asked for cancellation, I wished cancer on all of one travel people (that was my mental state after 7 hours of mental abuse). Im not sure how much i will be refunded in a week or so.
