"Terrible service"

Terrible service - ordered mirrors from this company for our TV company. These were ordered in good time (website states 10-15 day delivery time).

The mirrors did not arrive - no communication from the company as to why. Ignored our calls and emails.
Finally got through to them and found out our order was damaged in transit so they cancelled our order - did not communicate this with us or re-send our items.

We were left in a tight spot without these mirrors - no apology or help to reorder the items.

Never received order and payment was reverted but didn't get any email notification or no communications.

"terrible experience"

Ordered 3 mirrors on Dec 17. There was no email confirmation, but the website said that the order is being processed. It should have been 2 weeks but when no mirrors had arrived in mid January I checked their website and it still said "order processing". I tried to phone but no response. Today 06. February I wrote an email and later had a whatsapp chat. It turned out that my order has been cancelled due to a technical issue with their system and I had been refunded on the 24. December. I would have been good if someone could have told me.

"Very bad delivery process "

I am very disappointed with their delivery.I didn't get my product in fixed time.For delay I was trying to contact with support but they didn't response me properly.So I am not interested to use their service anymore.They have to improve their delivery process for customer satisfaction.

Glass top for table arrive safely and on time. Poor communication however good value of money

Took a bit longer than expected to reach the item but got it in good condition. Quality of glass was also great. Chat support was also very helpful throughout. We will definitely use the service again.

Well that’s interesting as when we spoke to your company, no one knew anything about the order or even why it was cancelled. It was three small pieces of glass - could you not have just sent three pieces out? Hardly a large or difficult order. I just don’t understand why this was cancelled and why it has to go to a review for any response from you.

"Don’t buy if you live in Scotland"

I ordered replacement glass and was advised delivery to Aberdeen was £29. Few days later get an email saying because it’s “the highlands” cost would be £69. Ok further testing turns out that their definition of the highlands is the whole of Scotland! Order cancelled

Great service, ordered several glass table tops from this company. Great value for money, easy to order and quick delivery.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
