"Update to my review of 6th December…"

I'm updating my review of 6th December where I only gave them two stars; as a result I received a very nice letter from the company who were clearly sorry about my disappointment. A few days later I received an additional product in a beautiful presentation box, and a note indicating that their website would be updated so that customers could order the products "as a gift" which would ensure far more acceptable presentation.
Thank you Trelonk Wellbeing - customer service is alive an well in Cornwall.

Products ordered for 2 gifts not presented well and just in jiffy bag with 1 set of information ,I would have expected for the price they would have been packed separately in company logo box/bag with information on use wuth each one

"A JEWEL IN THE CROWN"

From my initial on line contact with Trelonk Wellbeing I have been impressed. As you would expect their knowledge of what they sell is excellent and they are so helpful answering questions and recommending what would suit you. My husband, son and I are using Power Through for joints etc, Lights out which I find helps me sleep deeply and Head Strong which is calming. It is early days but so far they appear to work.

"Nice fragrance"

Nice fragrance, but inhaler can be difficult to open, you have to persevere. They are sometimes a little tight to start with. Efficient service..

"Poor packaging - No response"

Product looks great, I bought it as a Christmas present. Packaging appears battered about, it’s all stuck together with Trelonk tape, have to assume it was like this as it left Trelonk, so can’t blame the postal delivery. I now have to rebox the gift before I can give it. Disappointing as it wasn’t cheap.
I have changed the rating I gave from 4 down to 1. Despite contacting Trelonk about the damaged packaging they sent out, they have not bothered to reply. Extremely poor customer care & therefore I can not recommend. Surely you can do better than this Trelonk.

"Lights Out"

Lights Out, slept well for the first time in twelve years, you have no idea the relief I have felt. Anxiety and stress have reduced thanks to the anxiety remedy.
The massage oil for muscles and tissues is solving my horrible cramp in my legs.
On the whole I feel more at ease and less anxious. Thank you again.

"Love them all!"

Been using 2 topical oils since I had a fracture of my arm (at the top, near the shoulder). The ones I used were for joints and bones and for muscles and tendons. At 70, I feel these have helped with my recovery and ongoing physio. Also I use the calm oil during the day and the sleep oil in my inhaler for nightime and I love it all!

Comforting, soothing oil. Feel much less stressed and pain diminished.
