Tutors' interaction with learners: tutors must not wait until the learner pose problem, a follow up on how student is progressing is more important. most of the time SHEILD tutors are so quiet until you ask for help." Do not rely on your previous score which is outdated today please focus on improvement."
Interactive workshop with learner: tutors should be organising regular workshop with student to clear their doubt in the journey. tutors must not wait for question from student.
Note that my experience is based with Shield south Africa, one you purchase a course their duty is to track you for fees only. no track on course progress or course orientation. in summary, tutors' interaction with learner is limited.
