Express shipping yeah right more than a month and customer care was on vacation and then they don’t update frequently and then they can’t refund my shipping quality of clothing is super cheap carnival prize cheap and nothing like the picture. I will never and hope no one else gets ripped off I’m trying to return this item and can’t get a hold of no one

I placed an order over 2 months ago. On your tracking system it shows that it's been delayed or it shows it's in transit in Dallas Texas as it has been since January 10th. I don't know how to get a refund and all I want is a refund. My item has been lost you have my money I've never received anything and no I don't want the item again. All I would like is a refund and you have no person to speak with other than some automated system that sends me the same message over and over again and the last several messages says y'all are on vacation you've been on vacation since December. This is the worst online purchase I have ever made in my life I don't recommend anyone ever purchasing anything from you.

"Ordered a hoodie end of November and…"

Ordered a hoodie end of November and still have nit recieved. It is now end of January still nothing. Customer service said check with USPS and the tracking number comes back as fraudulent postage. And invalid tracking number. The first tracking number received said coming out of Italy. The second one received said China. I asked for refund within the time frame based off their policy posted. (15 days). They said they can't give refund because it shipped. Emailed them over 30 times (daily) still no product and no more responses. Scammers, don't buy off Facebook!!!!

"Absolute scammers"

Absolute scammers, as noted by other customers. The picture of the item you are ordering is nothing like what you will actually receive (after about a month!). When you contact them about it you get fobbed off with a we are sorry email. Eventually they will offer you a minimal refund, nowhere near enough for the difference in quality you receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are based in China, not the US (as advertised). Expect you to pay to return the items that you did not order!

They are not selling what they averting after ordering from them you will finally get your order and you will be disappointed.and you cannot send it back because they want you to send it to China.that will cost you three times as much as you paid for it so they offer you money to keep the falsely advertised items in the amount of 5 US dollars what a joke. Also don’t be fooled by the beautiful broken it is not something that Jelly Roll would sell.

I ordered what looked like a really snuggly hoodie in a huge size for comfort but if I was built like a gorilla the arms would be good but I'd have to be hobbit size for the body to be long enough to fit. Really disappointed, do not order from them 🤬

"Package never received "

I ordered a package valued at almost 70 dollars, a week and a half to two weeks before Christmas, and I paid extra for express shipping. This had gifts for my 3 nieces. I have yet to receive it, dispute paying extra for speedy shipping. My nieces where so sad at Christmas. And I still don't know where my package is! The tracking offers no expected delivery date or any useful info. Id like a refund of my money
