"Good plumbers, poor admin"

The plumbers that came to do the jobs we booked were good. Professional and polite. However the admin staff are unresponsive to emails and requests so only giving three stars.

I have only had one 'no show', probably due to an admin. error. Otherwise I am very pleased with the service given.
