"DO NOT USE ABA!!"

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH ABA!!!

Customer service - nom existent!! I was told I could ask whatever questions I needed. I was confused as this is the only training academy that only cover level 3 and not level 4. All other training academies cover level 4. So I asked on what’s app and was told they earn money and do not tick boxes!! This reply was shocking and I could t believe the way Mark spoke to me via what’s app! No professionalism and was basically told to F’off. We all have worries of paying our money to the wrong training academy, well he clarified for me that they just take peoples money and do not care! Such a shame as he ruined it for me!!

Didn’t want to do this but for two weeks now I’ve been trying to chase up an over £200 refund due to me booking on an aesthetics course and then ending up in hospital to find out I had a new condition that affects my heart rate and daily routines. On new meds, so I asked the sales people whether I would be able to get a refund on my half depo due to legit medical reasons and me obviously being scared to train with needles on live models when on new medications and the dizziness that comes with it. The answer has been for two weeks it will be chased up and it will be sorted, or ‘I thought it had been sorted’. I literally said am I entitled to my depo back or no, and they said yes. Which is why I’ve chased it up. Shoddy business proceedings and I’m annoyed that they can’t just be straight. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business so fast. I’m sure they’re great when they’re taking your money but if you’re trying to get it back it’s a different story and you just get fobbed off. Lost all respect. And with the reply saying all depos are non refundable I have proof that’s not what you said before now and you’ve told me for two weeks that I’m entitled to it, so don’t lie

My name is Elie, I am a phlebotomist and a laser specialist. I attended Basic & Advanced dermafiller training course with Professional Aesthetics Academy, Honestly I can’t recommend them enough. I covered theory with basic anatomy on zoom which was excellent , about dermafillers from basic to advanced and in practical I was so scared to hold the syringe but in the end I was totally comfortable with the syringe and injection techniques . Trainers are highly professional and qualified, they answered every question we asked. I highly highly recommend to everyone, who’s scared in holding the syringe and want to learn from very basic to advanced. I also covered how to treat complications and about products knowledge everything. I am very very happy. Thanks Docs

There are two sides to this company
Fantastic trainers and facilities however whatever you do dont mess up repayments!!!!! I have had the most aggressive messages threatening me with everything from a CCJ to high court sheriffs!!! Can I please point out that this payment is one day late!!!!! I also informed them straight away prior to them contacting me. Also the are issuing a CCJ against me purely because he didn’t like my response to their message!!! I have it all on WhatsApp if anyone would like proof l. It’s ruined my relationship with ABA please unless your paying in full dont use them. My credit history will be ruined to satisfy someone’s ego. Not professional at all

I trained here doing the meso, fat dissolve and profhilo course and absolutely loved it. The training is thorough and professional. There is also no pressure on you as the environment is so friendly and relaxed and gurdeep will help with any worries or questions you have. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic training course with the amazing Gurdeep as our teacher. The in depth training and Gurdeep’s brilliant knowledge of all aesthetic treatments was so thorough. She made sure all of us fully understood everything that was taught to us and every aspect of our aesthetic training was more than covered. Also her great way at keeping us focused and calm during our practical assessments on clients.
Couldn’t recommend ABA more for training and gaining qualifications and a huge Thankyou to all involved in our journey in to aesthetics.
