"Took a LOAD off my mind!"

...actually, one and a-half loads! I was at a loss on how to clean out a 3-BR apartment that I wanted to rent. I was only in town for a few weeks to handle the chore and although I tried the donation route, I was disappointed to discover that many organizations did not come out to my area in the Bronx.

I found Junk Pros online and called for an estimate. The estimator came within a day or so and was ON TIME. The 3 great guys who did the actual work were ON TIME, courteous, PRESENTABLE, and extremely efficient. I had tried to consolidate as much as possible everything to be hauled away. But the gentlemen were very patient and accurate when I pointed to "Just that, not that; only these, but don't touch those..." etc. They were also careful in going down my 2 flights of stairs. Only one small ding in the very narrow stairwell, which they did point out to me--they did not try to "get away with it." No worries, I was scheduled to paint afterwards. They broom cleaned when they were done and left everything very tidy.

I would recommend them to anyone who just needs to GET RID OF IT ALL without extra time, energy or worry

I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.
